You pay via a secured system through the service ePay and/or Shopify Payments. Payment by card will be deducted from your account when the item is being processed. All our orders are produced immediately after you place an order. Our production works according to POD – Print on Demand – your order is printed a few minutes after it has been completed via the webshop.
Therefore, you will be able to see that the amount has been pulled from your account relatively shortly after- as your order is already being processed and thus is ongoing.
As a customer of Norph, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. The customer must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the customer has established the error or defect. If this is relevant, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org – always attach photos of the product.

We do not require a return shipment for damaged products.
You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to exchange your product. However, only in undamaged condition! At Norph we make reservations for typing and typing errors as well as any color change.
Unfortunately, we do not accept discount codes on already discounted products.
Norph understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Norph will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. Norph will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
